Kehillat Beth Israel is committed to being your spiritual home. No one will be turned away for financial reasons. We recognize that many members are faced with temporary or long-term financial restraints that would prevent them from meeting their full membership obligations. As a Synagogue community, we intend to accommodate to the fullest extent possible all requests for adjustments of membership contributions. At the same time, the Synagogue is an active and engaging organization that is costly to operate. Our budget resources and the ability to fully serve our members rely on membership contributions. Your membership contribution is a critical part of this system.

Please help us help you: If you wish to request a reduction in your dues, you must fully complete this form for consideration. A new form must be completed each fiscal year you wish to have a reduction. Please rest assured that this information will be kept strictly confidential.

Please provide a brief explanation of the circumstances you would like the Dues Reduction Committee to consider 
Membership Rates for 2023/2024:

$1172/$2344 (age 41+), $900/$1800 (age 36-40),  $480/$960 (age 31-35),  $261/$522 (age 22-30)    
Associate Membership Rates for 2023/2024:

$336 (Single), $672 (Couple)
The Dues Reduction Committee encourages applicants to use automatic credit card payment processing (subject to processing fee),  post-dated cheques, or e-transfers (no additional charge).

I/we hereby affirm that all of the information provided in this Confidential Application for Dues Reduction is true and accurate to the best of my/our knowledge. I/we understand and agree that verification of the above statements will be provided to the Dues Reduction Committee for review upon request.
